Journal of the Drylands (ISSN 1817-3322)

The Journal of the Drylands is a peer-reviewed journal published bi-annually by the Research and Publication Office of Mekelle University. It is devoted to the multi-disciplinary study of academics and natural resource development researches with much emphasis to studies related to semi-arid and arid regions. Journal of the Drylands publishes original research articles; integrative scientific and development research; review articles, feature articles, short communications and book reviews. These publications are subject to peer review in all subject-matter areas of natural resources, different applied sciences, medicine and education. It seeks critical reviews and in-depth analyses or survey results for publication. Contributions are welcome from any part of the world. The journal's mission is to publish articles that report both the practical applications of research findings and the knowledge gained by experienced professionals.
